Ben and Shannon are my cousins. Well, I should clarify by saying that Ben is my cousin, and Shannon is now married to Ben. They are so rad it makes my head spin. Normally I wouldn't even feel right about using the word rad, but in reference to them, I think I can pull it off. That's how rad they are. So when they got engaged I knew i wanted to be a part of their wedding in some way, and photography is something I can always bring to the table when people get married. They had the reception in Topanga Canyon, Ca at a local restaurant called Froggy's. I know they are both into vintage photos from talking with them, and after seeing their beautiful wedding video that was shot on super 8 film, I decided to do a retro treatment on the whole nights worth of images. I think the results fit the personality of a couple born in the wrong era perfectly. And capture the night just the way it was; a little blurry, lots of fun, and beautiful.
